Horrayyyyyy! It was 55 degrees last evening and mild winds. Got three flights in with the Ultra Stick! It's been over a month. I can still fly! I noticed I was seeing a couple planes, so I need to wear my glasses next time! - feeling happy
Now this looks like a plane I could add to my collection. Thought I would share this!
Not everything goes well on maiden flights! How not to make a instructional video!
Made out like a fat cat the other day. Got this little 29.5 span P-51: 350 - RTF at the hobby shop for 25 bucks !! It was their discontinued display model. Put in my own radio gear,& did a bunch of repairs & strengthening upgrades ect. AUW is 12.55 ozs. Supposed to hit 40+f by Fri. hope to try it out. Wing has a lot of ''aft'' bottom camber for low speed stability, & it should be pretty fast when desired also
Joe's grandson, Tyler ready to take a spin in my Citabra. He is catching the flying bug quite early!
Hey Krazy Karl, It looks like Colton made it to the "Big Time". I remember watching him fly the secret jet down at Finleyville International. Thanks for introducing me and Bill to him. Great Flyer! When is your next project?
My winter plane! Seaplane flew great last winter even though I had the pusher prop on backwards. A little weak on power, but it flew! Now that I have it on right, we will see how it flys as soon as it gets above freezing! Mabey next weekend!
Very interesting "birds eye" view seldom seen by many!
