A few pics of the 911th Air Command re-fueling over Pittsburgh yesterday! Notice the neat patch on the pilots shoulder! Looks familiar! lol - feeling cool
Bob got a lot of flights in with Jeff's old P51. The field was perfect for the little retracts. Last night after dark, the skunks came in and destroyed the field again. It looks like it was plowed! - feeling irritated
Same here Joe, didn't do much flying this year. Building season is around the corner, maybe I can finish something I started.
I had a visitor at the flyfield last evening. Haven't seen digger around much this summer! We had a good visit. He asked where everyone was. I told him everyone took the summer off this year! It's been a slow summer for RC planes!
Here's a pic for you Joe !. Guess they totaled around 300 - 69 Chargers in making that series. Averaged 2 per episode.
John Schneider did a feature in one of the old Mopar mags, of his own personal 69 Charger with a highly massaged Hemi, ''think it's a 512 crate motor''... He really likes that car, & did a lot of work on it himself. !!
Dad just got another car for his collection. He's been looking for a "General Lee" for years. Now we got one in the driveway! I like the horn! - feeling happy
